ENMAX, EPCOR, Lethbridge, all operate real-time outage maps, some have a mobile app. Customers can view the cause, start time, estimated restoration time, and number of customers affected in their area….Most offer a version of a Critical Power User registry for those using home medical equipment such as oxygen concentrators, CPAP machines, home dialysis, respirators, etc.

Medicine Hat does not.

Power Restored in Ross Glen Area Overnight

Those who live in the Ross Glen area were without power for about four hours last night, starting around 12:30am according to reports on social media.

City Explains Recent Power Outages

The City of Medicine Hat is reporting a higher-than-normal number of power outages over the past two months… Since May 27, the city has recorded nine separate outages.
